It’s on the wrong side of the Canal so not easily accessible to the Beach … Its a $16 million dollar house, Not $28.5 million….
Well it sold for this price just last month (April)

But you already know that i believe it will fall through just as soon as the new owner finds out he’s overpriced. Look across the other side of the street where 3 of the other homes sold for $18 million , $12 million, $16.7 million, all very similar houses.. They got very lucky. Whoever bought it will never make the money back,
